any semiauto pistol cartridge, you get little more from 5" to 6", and barely anything after 6".
(magnum revolver cartridges are a different story.)
Makes me think of these old marlin camp guns a little.
That would be a fun gun for sure! Cheap ammo, light recoil, good home defense gun I bet.

Thats what I was thinking, but if they dont exist there is prolly a reason lol i know we are not the only ones to have thought of this idea
I don't think there are very many 9mm rifles anyway. (not even looking) because the case volume is so small, not going to go much faster than a 6" pistol. so why? only reason to put it in a carbine such as the Beretta Storm is to get 100 more fps and improve aim. forget a rifle, not worth it.

sight radius may be a advantage but other than that ?

There are several 9mm semi-auto versions of sub-machine guns. (Uzi for example)
I have a Hi-Point 9mm carbine which they also make in .40 S&W &
.45 auto.

9mm Federal Hydra-Shok 147 gr.
after 5" you're only going to get another 100 fps at the most.
I want a tubular mag lever action 9mm
Won't happen, too much non-flatnosed 9mm ammo out there. Some hello will drop his rifle and blow it up.
