Any if you guys gonna buy the fight Saturday night? We are having a derby party here at the house which will be winding down by the time the fight starts so I am thinking about spending the $100 to see it

I bought it. My wife thinks I'm crazy, and she may be right but it's got nothing to do with spending $100. It's my money, she has a free ride here, at this point in my life I deserve to do things for Jeff once in a while. Hope for an entertaining fight.

IMO only a total fool would spend $100.00 to watch a 2 round fight.[?]

Most of the "experts" expect it will go 12 rounds. And the bantam on the undercard should be a really good fight

I would love to watch the fight. I'd pitch in $10.00 to go to a friends house to see it with other people. So just looking on the internet the next day to see the results will be ok [:D] You can forget trying to watch it on youtube. You will only be able to watch small clips of it. Big events like this will be blocked for public viewing.

    Gambling, I'am in [}:)]

After watching the Garcia Peterson fight, I wouldn't spend a dime on it. They're not even pretending with the decisions anymore. It's as bad as WWF.
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

With the hand speed either of these guys possess that man wannabe would be punched 5 times before she even thought of a takedown.

Seems like boxings last hope at remaining a viable sport.

But I guess people have been saying that about big fights for a couple decades now.

I'd watch it if I didn't have something more interesting to do.

I'll be re-arranging my sock drawer that night.

Both are past prime time if you ask me, this fight should have happened 3 years ago at least.

I hope Pacman kicks his butt but I wouldn't bet against Mayweather.
Why don't we go to school and work on the weekends and take the week off!

Drop them off in the middle of a jungle without any entourage and see who comes out alive.

I don't get the attraction of having a goal of beating another man into unconsciousness and paying to watch it.

    I'll read a book tonight.

I don't watch boxing, but one night there was a match between Christy Martin and some English girl. They fought toe to toe and at the end they were both covered in blood. They earned their money that night. No running around the ring in that match. I have always thought in a boxing match the winner should get all the money and the loser gets nothing. That would be some boxing.

It was a good fight that went the way most thought. The full twelve rounds with Mayweather winning.

I like boxing and used to compete in muay thai, but the thought of paying to watch two guys the size of my 7yo slap each other silly is just comical.
