Auerbachcare is all about death, death planning, and death counseling, not healthcare. Auerbachcare already terminates cancer treatments at age 70 and severely limits what Medicare pays for CT and MRI scans performed in doctor's offices. Is Healthcare A Limited Resource?
Ezekiel's basic premise is healthcare is a limited resource, and therefore must be allocated...according to centrally controlled policies.
But is healthcare a limited resource? If not, his proposals are without merit.
Under a capitalist society, supply rises to meet demand. The constraint is the ability of people to pay for their own healthcare. So why not argue for reduced costs and increased supply rather than rationing?
The answer, I believe, is that Ezekiel shares the Communist view everyone should receive healthcare, irrespective of ability to pay. That produces near-infinite demand and therefore a supply constraint, because payers eventually rebel and the economy can afford only so many freeloaders.
Accepts
He accepts euthanasia, even intentional active euthanasia (murder), and physician-assisted suicide. However, he concludes society does not accept them, based on the experiences of the Netherlands and Oregon. To Ezekiel's way of thinking, that's too bad. He wants more people to die a planned death.
Given his constrained supply theory, Ezekiel then coldly considers the logic of various deathcare proposals that would determine who lives and who dies.
Rejects
Ezekiel rejects natural death. He wants Men to decide, not God. To his way of thinking, planned death is logical. Natural death is illogical, and therefore to be abandoned at the earliest possible date.
Ezekiel rejects personal choice. He would give patients and doctors no say. Decisions would be made according to centrally planned and enforced algorithms. Your ability to afford healthcare would not qualify you to get it.
Ezekiel rejects paying respect to those who gave us life and prosperity_our parents and grandparents.
Ezekiel rejects citizenship. Healthcare would be funded by those that can pay, but allocated to those who qualify, irrespective of citizenship or ability to pay. His goal, therefore, is to redistribute the money and healthcare from those who can pay, to those who can't or won't. From Medicare to Medicaid.
Ezekiel likewise rejects healthcare allocations based on 1) sickest first, 2) youngest first, 3) saving the most lives, 4) saving the most life years, 5) saving the most important, 6) saving those who contributed most, 7) maximizing quality-adjusted life years, and 8) maximizing disability-adjusted life years.
Proposal
Ezekiel's proposal is a "Complete Lives System:" 1) full healthcare to those age 15-40, 2) less to infants and children, and 3) the least to the elderly. He wants people to die after living a complete life, healthy or not.
Doctors and patients would have no choice. They would be mere implementers of centrally-planned deathcare policies.
Life would be allocated based on economic benefit. His proposal makes perfect sense from the perspective of central bankers. If loan decisions are to be based on best return, and land financed based on best available use, why not maximize the final return of "human resources"_of life itself? This, of course, is the treatment given slaves and animals.
BUT HOW TO SELL DEATHCARE?
Ezekiel wants to not only continue, but expand euthanasia, forced euthanasia, and doctor assisted suicide. But to do that, he realizes the discussion must be rephrased in more favorable terms_from geriatricide (a term I've coined for the genocide of the elderly) to "death with dignity." He believes the masses will buy into that. His goal, therefore, is to obtain the voluntary support of "deathcare row inmates", or failing that, at least the support of the majority_so that murder and genocide become the fulfillment of a societal benefit.
The PR campaign has already been begun. Here is an example in which an attractive young woman_that could be your daughter, sister, girlfriend, or niece_has chosen planned death. Her heart-wrenching but otherwise obscure personal situation is being used to widely promote the concept of planned death. Once sold, the practice could and would be rapidly expanded across the general population. (Remember how constraints on free speech were legitimized by making it illegal to yell "Fire" in a theatre? Once a hole is made, the proverbial dike eventually falls.)

Ezekiel Emanuel comes from quite the family.
Rahm Emanuel (link) is his brother. Rahm was Obama's first chief-of-staff, and had a great deal to say in influencing the administration's appointments, czars, direction, and decisions. He left to succeed Richard M. Daley as Chicago's major. He was replaced as Obama's chief-of-staff by William M. Daley, Richard's brother. Pretty cozy, huh? Recall that Chicago has been under the control of the Rockefeller family ever since the days when John D. Rockefeller Sr. built the Standard Oil monopoly using kickbacks, bribes, and other highly illegal methods. Also recall the University of Chicago is a private school, not a public one, largely funded by the Rockefellers and friends, and counts among its alumni Saul Alinsky (Rules For Radicals), David Axelrod, and Paul Wolfowitz. Furthermore, the University of Chicago instituted its Common Core curriculum in the 1930s (search this Wikipedia page for "common core").
Ari Emanuel (link) is another brother. He is described as a "21st century Hollywood mogul," and exercises a great degree of control over who (and thereby what ideas) can become famous, and what films/topics get produced. He also has the distinction of being the one to call on Hollywood to railroad Mel Gibson. You remember Mel? He's the one that has been removed from the public eye.
Benjamin Emanuel (link) is the father. Interestingly, his Wikipedia bio was removed when Rahm became Obama's chief-of-staff. Benjamin Auerbach was a member of the Zionist terrorist group called the Irgun, another being the Stern Gang. After moving to Palestine, these immigrants secretly armed and trained themselves into paramilitary units that gave birth to Israel by massacring the indigenous Palestinian people at Deir Yassin. It was so brutal, other peaceful and unarmed Palestinians fled in terror from their homes and villages, and the planned conquest thus succeeded. The routed Palestinians ended up in concentration camps along the Jordanian border, where they remain four generations later because they have been denied the right of return to their native lands. The strategy is a repeat of Moses' strategy to conquer Canaan by the extermination of men, women, children, babies, and even animals at Jericho and several other villages.

Rep. Steve Israel (D-N.Y.) urges acting ATF Director Thomas Brandon to "act swiftly" to protect police officers from armor-piercing bullets.
"In 2014 alone, 50 law enforcement officers were killed in the line of duty, a fact that underscores the necessity of the ATF to act swiftly to keep armor-piercing bullets that can be used in pistols off the streets," Israel writes in the letter sent Tuesday.
Israel is requesting a meeting with the new ATF chief to discuss the stalled bullet ban.
Brandon took over this month after former ATF Director B. Todd Jones stepped down to pursue a career in the National Football League, following a failed attempt to prohibit certain armor-piercing bullets that are popular in AR-15 hunting rifles, but can also be used in handguns.
Republicans and the National Rifle Association warned the bullet ban would infringe on the Second Amendment right of hunters, who commonly use AR-15 rifles.
But gun safety advocates in Congress, including Israel, say these particular bullets present a grave danger to police officers, because they can also be used in more easily concealed handguns.
"The existing framework does not ensure that restrictions on armor-piercing technology keep up with new and rapidly developing firearm technology," Israel wrote.
The fight began in February when the ATF proposed to ban 5.56mm projectiles for M855 cartridges commonly used in AR-15 rifles, but critics called it a backdoor attempt to render the high-powered gun useless.
Amid mounting political pressure, the ATF last month put the bullet ban on the back burner, but left the door open for future rule-making.
The National Rifle Association and Republicans claimed victory, but Democrats were furious with the ATF for not following through with the ban.
At the time, Israel said the ATF handled the bullet ban "sloppily."
"This was sloppily handled and as a result the outcome was surprising, disappointing and even confusing," Israel told The Hill. "I hope under the new leadership the ATF can have a more transparent and responsive process."
A number of House Democrats, including Israel, wrote to then ATF Director Jones urging him to press ahead with the bullet ban, but to no avail.
Jones left the agency later that month.
With new leadership at the ATF, Israel is hoping he'll have more luck convincing Brandon to move ahead with the bullet ban.

As I write, America is in the midst of a partial government shutdown. And there's one major roadblock that's keeping Congress gridlocked: Obamacare.
I find this very ironic. You see, the issue Americans care the most about isn't Obamacare... It's jobs. Yet jobs are taking an incredible amount of collateral damage from the healthcare law that the Senate and the president are so insistent on funding.
The list of companies cutting both jobs and benefits is long. Some recognizable names include United Parcel Service (UPS), International Business Machines Corp. (IBM) and Wendy's (WEN). Community colleges, public school systems and even state and local government agencies are cutting hours and jobs because of the unworkable monstrosity that is Obamacare. A report in Investor's Business Daily claims that 16,500 hours of work have just evaporated for Americans.
But according to Obama and Senator Harry Reid, no adjustments can be made. Only the well-connected labor unions, large employers and government officials who've already received exemptions can stay out of Obamacare. On the other hand, the little people (like you and me) are stuck.

Obama's Harvard Years: Questions Swirl

How exactly did Barack Obama pay for his Harvard Law School education?
The way the Obama campaign has answered the question was simply hard work and student loans.
But new questions have been raised about Obama's student loans and Obama's ties to a radical Muslim activist who reportedly was raising money for Obama's Harvard studies during the years 1988 to 1991.
The allegations first surfaced in late March, when former Manhattan Borough president Percy Sutton told a New York cable channel that a former business partner who was "raising money" for Obama had approached him in 1988 to help Obama get into Harvard Law School.
In the interview, Sutton says he first heard of Obama about twenty years ago from Khalid Al-Mansour, a Black Muslim and Black Nationalist who was a "mentor" to the founders of the Black Panther party at the time the party was founded in the early 1960s.
Sutton described al-Mansour as advisor to "one of the world's richest men," Saudi prince Alwaleed bin Talal.
Prince Alwaleed catapulted to fame in the United States after the September 11 attacks, when New York mayor Rudy Guiliani refused his $10 million check to help rebuild Manhattan, because the Saudi prince hinted publicly that America's pro-Israel policies were to blame for the attacks.
Sutton knew Al-Mansour well, since the two men had been business partners and served on several corporate boards together.
As Sutton remembered, Al-Mansour was raising money for Obama's education and seeking recommendations for him to attend Harvard Law School.
"I was introduced to (Obama) by a friend who was raising money for him," Sutton told NY1 city hall reporter Dominic Carter. "The friend's name is Dr. Khalid al-Mansour, from Texas."
Obama spokesman Ben LaBolt told Newsmax that Sutton's account was "bogus" and a "fabrication that has been retracted" by a spokesman for the Sutton family.
He referred Newsmax to a pro-Obama blog published on Politico.com by reporter Ben Smith.
In a September 3 blog entry, Smith wrote that "a spokesman for Sutton's family, Kevin Wardally" said that Sutton had been mistaken when he made those comments about Obama and Khalid Al-Mansour.
Smith suggested the retraction "put the [Obama/Al-Mansour] story to rest for good."
Wardally told Smith that the "information Mr. Percy Sutton imported [sic] on March 25 in a NY1 News interview regarding his connection to Barack Obama is inaccurate. As best as our family and the Chairman's closest friends can tell, Mr. Sutton, now 86 years of age, misspoke in describing certain details and events in that television interview."
Asked which parts of Percy Sutton's statements were a "fabrication," LaBolt said "all of it. Al Mansour doesn't know Obama. And Sutton's spokesman retracted the story. The letter [to Harvard, which Percy Sutton says he wrote on behalf of Obama], the `payments for loans' - all of it, not true," he added.
Newsmax contacted the Sutton family and they categorically denied Wardally's claims to Smith and the Politico.com. So there was no retraction of Sutton's original interview, during which he revealed that Khalid Al-Mansour was "raising money" for Obama and had asked Sutton to write a letter of recommendation for Obama to help him get accepted at Harvard Law School.
Sutton's personal assistant told Newsmax that neither Mr. Sutton or his family had ever heard of Kevin Wardally.
"Who is this person?" asked Sutton's assistant, Karen Malone.
When told that he portrayed himself as a "spokesman" for the family, Malone told Newsmax, "Well, he's not."
According to a 2006 New York magazine profile, Wardally is part of a "New New Guard" in Harlem politics that has been challenging the "lions" of the old guard, Charles Rangel and Percy Sutton. That makes him an unlikely candidate to speak on behalf of Sutton.
Sutton maintains an office at the Manhattan headquarters of the firm he founded, Inner City Broadcasting Corporation. ICBC owns New York radio stations WBLS and WLIB.
Sutton's son Pierre ("Pepe") runs ICBC along with his daughter, Keisha Sutton-James. Malone told Newsmax that she had consulted with Sutton's family members at the station and confirmed that no one knew Kevin Wardally or had authorized him to speak on behalf of the family.
For someone claiming to be a "spokesman" for the Sutton family, who was authorized to call Percy Sutton a liar, Wardally even got Percy Sutton's age wrong.
Sutton is not 86, as Wardally said, but close to 88. He was born on Nov. 24, 1920.
Wardally responded to a several Newsmax phone messages and emails with a terse one-line comment, maintaining his statement that Percy Sutton "misspoke" in the television interview.
"I believe the statement speaks for itself and the Sutton Family and I have nothing further to say on the topic," he wrote in an email.
Asked to explain why it was that no one at Inner City Broadcasting Corp. knew of him or accepted him as a family spokesman, Wardally responded later that he had been retained by a nephew of the elder Sutton, who "is in our office almost every week."
Wardally works for Bill Lynch Associations, a Harlem political consulting firm. The nephew, Chuck Sutton, no longer works with the elder Sutton at Inner City Broadcasting, but for a high-tech start-up called Synematics.
"Percy Sutton doesn't go out idly on television saying things he doesn't mean," a well-connected black entrepreneur who knows Sutton told Newsmax.
Ben LaBolt's claim that "Al Mansour doesn't know Obama" was contradicted by Al Mansour himself in an extended interview with Newsmax.
Comparing the revelation of his ties to Obama to the controversy surrounding Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Al Mansour said that he was determined to keep a low profile to avoid embarrassing Obama.
"In respect to Mr. Obama, I have told him, because so many people are running after him. I was determined that I was never going to be in that situation," he told Newsmax.
Al Mansour said he was deliberately avoiding any contact with the candidate. "I'm not involved in any way in celebrity sweepstakes," he said. "I wish him well, anything I can do if he lets me know, I'll let him know what I think I can do or can't. But I don't collect autographs. I wish him the best, and hope he can win the election."
He repeatedly declined to comment on the Percy Sutton allegations, either to confirm or to deny them.
"Any statement that I make would only further the activity which is not in the interest of Barack, not in the interest of Percy, not in the interest of anyone," Al Mansour said.
Unanswered Questions
Sen. Obama has refused to instruct Harvard Law School to release any information about his time there as a student, or about his student loans.
Newsmax contacted the Dean of Students, the Director of Student Financial Services, the Registrar, and the Bursar of Harvard Law School. None would provide any specific information on Barack Obama's time at Harvard, except for his dates of attendance (1988-1991) or his year of graduation, 1991.
A spokesman for the law school, Michael Armini, said it was Harvard policy not to divulge information on alumni without their approval.
"There are lots of reporters nosing around the library," he acknowledged. So far, none had turned up any new information.
Law professors Lawrence Tribe and Charles Ogletree have both said publicly that they were "impressed" by Obama when he was a student.
Sources close to the Sutton family told Newsmax that Percy Sutton wrote a letter of recommendation for Obama to Ogletree at Khalid Al-Mansour's request, but Ogletree declined to answer Newsmax questions about this.
Harvard Law School spokesman Michael Armini said that Harvard was "very generous" with financial aid, but only on the basis on need.
The Obama campaign told Newsmax that Obama self-financed his three years at Harvard Law School with loans, and did not receive any scholarship from Harvard Law school.
LaBolt denied that Obama received any financial assistance from Harvard or from outside parties. "No - he paid his way through by taking out loans," he said in an email to Newsmax.
At the time, Harvard cost around $25,000 a year, or $75,000 for the three years that Obama attended. And as president of the Harvard Law Review, he received no stipend from the school, Harvard spokesman Mike Armini said.
"That is considered a volunteer position," Armini said. "There is no salary or grant associated with it."
So if the figures cited by the Obama campaign for the Senator's student loans are accurate, that means that Obama came up with more than $32,000 over three years from sources other than loans to pay for tuition, room and board.
Where did he find the money? Did it come from friends of Khalid Al Mansour? And why would a radical Muslim activist with ties to the Saudi royal family be raising money for Barack Obama?
That's the question the Obama campaign still won't answer.

I recently pointed out in an article that I thought it was obscene that the executive director of Wounded Warriors is paid well over $300,000-a-year. I also wondered how the group could afford to advertise as extensively as it does on Fox News.
But, I recently received an email from Dr. Richard Stiso that exposed exactly how the charity spends the money it receives from patriotic Americans. According to Guidestar, a group that investigates charities, the Wounded Warrior Project might as well be run by the Mafia. In 2012, the WWP received an astronomical $154,958,901, with a measly $4,857,084 going out in grants to veterans' organizations and $671,194 to individuals. That means that the group only used 3.5% of the money it received for the purpose intended.
In the meantime, the Officers, Directors and Trustees hauled in $15,415,666 million, with Employee Benefits ($2,226,457), Office Expenses ($12,451,303), Travel ($4,086,509), Promotional Items ($4,055, 567) and something called Outside Services ($20,915,404) accounting for roughly 50% of what's listed as "Overhead Expenses."

A TALE OF TWO FUNERALS
By all accounts, Harold was a bright child. He grew up in America. He went to school and had a bright future ahead of him.
Harold_fs full life was cut short in a violent moment.
While few people had ever heard of Harold before his death, many did afterwards.
And in death, something shocking happened.
What was so shocking, especially when it is compared to the death of someone else recently in the news?
Harold is Harold Greene, Major General United States Army.
On August 5th, General Greene was killed by a Taliban terrorist. He was returned to America with full military honors. It has been a tradition that the President attends the funeral of flag officers killed in the line of duty. Richard Nixon attended the funeral of a Major General killed in Vietnam and George W. Bush attended the funeral of Lieutenant General Timothy Maude, who was killed in the 9/11 attacks.
While Major General Greene was buried --
Barack Obama was golfing.
The Vice President wasn_ft there either.
Neither was the Secretary of Defense.
Flags were not even lowered to half staff.
Four days after Harold Greene gave his life for America, Michael Brown was killed in Ferguson Missouri.
Just a blip on the net and also something about high officials in Mexico being paid off also.
