Dayton Oh .. lots of AR AK rifles any where from 999.00 to the crazy prices. Many being carried around no interest that I saw . Ammo still high 75.00 to 80.00 brick of 22 lr . all types of ammo there just prices keeping it on the table for the most part , Did not see a single ruger 10-22 as been the case around here for a while , lots of magazines with last months prices marked out and 5 to 10 bucks cheeper . We stopped by a couple sporting goods stores on the way home no ammo just some hight end type pistol and rifle rounds No AR rifles. everyone complaing the prices had not dropped more due to the news of the ban not going thru .

Bushmaster AR-15 for $775 Buy It Now, there are 12 of them at this moment:

This is the "Carbon 15". I just one a new one at $750.

Some prices are down. Some supply is up. If the hoarders and speculators do not smarten up fast they are going to be stuck with a lot of guns they cannot sell without losing money.

high prices that don't come down, and no sales, that's called a HYPERINFLATIONARY DEPRESSION- welcome to economics of 2013

there was 22LR and 223 ammo at my local Walmart, and also a Ruger 10/22

    I left it there

won't do you any good when there's no game to shoot with it anyway

when the food supply crashes, the game "on the ground" will get shot up and eaten in no time, then you'll be sitting on a pile of bullets and rifles, and starving to death

After Cabelas yesterday I stopped in at Culvers. Had a Culver's Deluxe Burger, Fries and a Culver's Root Beer.

I was armed at the time and had plenty of ammo. But all they demanded of me in exchange was that I pay them money. They took my Cabelas VISA card, swiped it and gave it back.

All worked out peaceably, no problems.

Good cheeseburger too if you ever see a Culver's, give them a try.

When the "SHTF" I may go back there, occupy a booth and wait out the Emergency.

Culver's is great. I don't live too far from their first store. You're making me hungry.[:D]

Jonathan Swift had a great satire story called "A Modest Proposal" that dealt with the starvation and food issue.

I wondered if he had a good recipe for Roast Leg of Lad.

Why would anyone go to that .... show in Dayton, when they could go to a great show a few miles away in Wilmington?? Spent two days at Wilmington and had a great time. Spent lots of money and made lots of money, but I only had two tables and a limited amount of merch.
