But since nobody sent me their checks to get the purchase underway, now maybe we will have to up the ante and get this. It is only about triple the price. The good news, it would just be maybe 30 minutes to have Forgemonkey run over and skin your kill.

    That property is horrendously overpriced! Shouldn't be more than $3.5 to $4 million.
    I guess the Cruise connection makes up the difference.
    Since when is 298 acres considered "vast acreage"?

    Well, I guess if you owned 300 acres in central NYC that would be considered 'vast acreage' and pretty valuable, too. Yet I wouldn't give 50 cents for it if I had to live there. Everybody has his own idea of value.
