We are planning a road trip! YAY!!!
We are headed to North Carolina to pick up some items. I'm pretty excited.
I was talking to my brother about his weekend plans and let him know I was leaving on Sunday....so, if he wanted to meet up for a movie or something it would have to be Saturday.
My brother has this new room mate. His name is Eric. Eric works at Ruby Tuesdays....my brother's favorite hang out (he stops in there several times a week and hangs out for a while....kind of like "Norm" from Cheers.)
Eric, the new room mate, is recently single....being kicked out by his wife (or girlfriend) and didn't have anywhere to go. So, of course, my brother takes this guy home with him. Eric has been sleeping on a camping cot and walking to work every day from my brother's house....maybe a two mile walk. Eric owns a tv and some clothes. You can't hate a guy that walks to work every day....no matter how ridiculous his situation is.
Anyway.....I tell my brother about my upcoming road trip. He says "HEY...Eric is moving to North Carolina....he should ride with you!" So....Eric will be riding along with me and Jimmy on our adventure. I will be dropping him off somewhere in NC before we reach the hotel....or I will be leaving Eric at our hotel for him to fend for himself when we get there...who knows?
I'm hoping that Eric understands my love of horrible music is pretty strong. It is a 10 hour drive!
