As mad as I get at the NRA, this is worth watching.

"We get guns from Honduras and El Salvador"

"3/4 of the guns from the military"

Have you heard the truth? The Mexican president points to guns that came from America, has he ever admitted the ones that come from his own miliraty? Enforce and change our laws, but when does he enforce his own?

So much Fraud and desertion from the ranks of the Mexican army and they take the weapons we gave them to protect their country. Top of the line weapons and Obama never says a word.

They have never said how many of the "American" guns are actually lend lease M16A1's. My understanding is that we have the right to demand accountability of all lend lease weapons.

We need to see the list of serial numbers.

The Mexican drug gangs don't get 3/4 of their weapons from their military. They get them from Obama and Eric Holder.

Do the cartels use weapons obtained from the Mexican military?

A couple of years ago this grenade was thrown into a crowded bar in Texas. It failed to detonate due to whoever threw it failing to remove the the safety clip.

The markings reveal it was part of a shipment to Mexico's military.

Grenades with these exact same markings were also recovered following attacks on both the US Consulate and a television station in Monterrey, Mexico.

BATFE has publicly acknowledged that the US and S. Korea (who also suppplies military hardware to Mexico) are the top producers of grenades recovered in Mexico. According to them the going rate down there is $100 each, $50 if bought in bulk.

what you guys fail to realize we are one of the biggest arms dealers in the world and this isnt something new, its been happening since WWI. Unfortuantely some of the situations dont work in our favor.

Just a little FYI while I was in Afghanistan we were arming the afghan army with surplus M16s. Thats right. Beyond arming a potential enemy the way those guys took care of things and the ruggedness of the country I thought the choice of weapon was very poor.

That caliber has been coming in by the ton for several decades.

Same idea the Brits had back in their colonial days, only they took it a step further. They issued the locals SMLE's chambered for a completely unique, proprietary cartridge that was only available through their own military channels. It worked, too.

thats the thinking, but its not so fun when those get pointed back at you. And really the 556 ammo is pretty available specially since the russians and such have started making them in steal casings and what not.

What no one seems to either think about or mention is that with the kind of money the Mexican drug lords have, they do not have to mess with individual soldiers, or US firearms stores to get their weapons. They deal with international firearms merchants, much as do 3rd world governments and well funded insurgents! Anyone who thinks differently is either incredibly naive or an Obamaramadama propagandist!

Did you notice my post about the BATFE acknowledging most cartel grenades can be traced directly to the US military assistance program?
