Can anyone help me out on what is going on with Kel-Tec? I have sent several emails, can not get anyone to answer the phone and I would love to talk to a person about a product problem, I would like their personal attention in trying to correct.

Are the pistols any good. I was thinking about getting one because they are perfect to carry around with you. Nice and small. Are they dependable and accurate??

Does anyone have any info on the Kel-Tec SU-16. Specifically, will it be Kalifornia legal? John

The Kel-Tec company manufacturing building was caught in a fire today, the report said the roof sustained fire damage.

Are you trying to call them on Saturday? They're probably closed...they have a 800 number that has not been shut off. Have not heard of aanything happening to them. In fact Hank Strange just did a youtube video with a factory tour. Per their contact page..it can take up to three days to receive a response by email...so when did you email them?

Have been trying to contact them for a month using the email address and phone # listed on their web site. What is the 800 # if you don't mind. Thanks

when you send them an email it's through that form on their website, maybe it quit working and they aren't getting messages. mention it to them when you call them.

I'm not sure e-mail is the best way to contact a company. I sent an e-mail to a different company through the "contact us" tab on their website. that was a week or two ago, the website says they try to answer e-mails w/in 3 days. So much for that.
