    Plenty of companies saw this coming as soon as the ink was dry. You don't have to spend a lot of time digging through the entire text to find the gist of what employers needed to know about the change in the employee - employer relationship forced on us.

    Some have spent 2011, 2012 and 2013 modifying their workforces to suit the new laws. Others will follow soon enough.

    The people this law was meant to help the most are the people who will have to adapt the most, as well. They need to start looking for their 2nd or 3rd job.

    It's not just fast food chains that have reduced hours. Many, many entry level jobs in logistics, distribution and production companies have adapted already. You might be surprised at some of them.
