I don't get it.

"We don't ship to C&R FFL holders. Even if the gun is C&R we don't do it. We know the law, it's our policy."

Why would a retail dealer offering guns on GunBroker want to eliminate so many potential buyers? If they really "know the law" then they are stupid *.

Just my worthless opinion.

Why did the Army adopt the Trapdoor Springfield when the Winchester 66 was in production? Yeah, the 45/70 is a more powerful cartridge but a lever action 44/40 has it all over the Trapdoor as a fighting rifle.

At 11pm I was so tired I couldn't keep my eyes open.

At 2am I wake up and can't go back to sleep.

This dealer will sell to CA buyers but they musy an additrional $75 because he will send the gun to a TX FFL who will then transfer it to the CA dealer.

What? Why not just send it himself? Why all the running around through another FFL? It's really not that much trouble to register with the CA state DoJ and ship guns there.

I can understand sellers refusing to sell to CA (I don't agree with this thinking but I can understand it) but I sure don't get what this guy is doing. Why all the added trouble and expense?

It can be very frustrating, especially when you feel sleepy and know you are gonna pay for it all day long.

If I tell myself that I have to go to sleep, I can stay up for a couple of days.

If I tell myself that I have to stay up for a couple of days, for some reason, I feel tired, and go to sleep.

When I was much younger/just a kid, I'd stay up just thinking -- all night. Later in life, I've been able to shut my mind down, much more skillfully. But, I still get caught in loops, so to speak. However, I now have a "bag of tricks" to get out of them, most of the time.

Sounds like me yesterday. Went to sleep at 1400 and then woke up at 1700 and that was it. Then went to work and now home again. I know I should be going to sleep but here I am [:D].

Maybe there is something on your conscience?
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain
