What happened to those death Panels anyway?
Okay, so 60% of elderly long term care is government provided. I thought that the Obamacare Death Panels were going to kill off all of those old folks as a part of healthcare rationing?

Still, some groups remain worried about how the rule would be implemented.
"In practice we're finding there is a deliberate effort to not provide a fully balanced informed-consent approach, but to nudge people toward a preferred alternative of foregoing treatment," says Burke Balch, director of the Robert Powell Center for Medical Ethics at the National Right to Life Committee.
Burke says he supports advance directives - legal documents that allow people to dictate what type of treatment they want or don't want at the end of their lives - and emphasizes the National Right to Life Committee has never referred to the Medicare rule as a "death panel."
I find it more helpful to deal with important issues using factual investigation, rational thought, and serious discussion, rather than flippant condescension.
