Problem with search

Typed in winchester 54 and came up with several brands and makes of rifles. Is there a way to make the search more specific or dose one have to search through several hundred items to find a specific rifle.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Are they mad. Too hard to find stuff, so their going to wait until it gets fixed before Buying more.
Search is going the way the other Gun Auction place is. And that was their undoing.
In my opinion this is hurting sales.
Don't you suppose the owners know that?
Does anyone in their wildest imagination think that GB could possibly be working on this issue? Or do you all think they're just kicked back on a white sand beach with an umbrella drink in their hand?
Example: suppose I'm interested in Mannlicher rifles but not bayonet (or bayonets) enter Mannlicher -bayonet*
If you're not interested Mannlicher Schoenauer but not Mannlicher Carcano and bayonet(s) - enter Mannlicher Schoenauer -Carcano -bayonet*
These are filtered searches at the command line as used in UNIX/LINUX; and if you search the internet you should find better ways to filter your searches at the command line.
In your searches you can eliminate items you are not interested in by using a dash - and a wild card *

I'm trying to look up American Western Arms - typing in "western" in the revolver section used to bring up about 40 hits with "western" in it. Now I get about 500 hits. Most listings for the gun don't title out "American Western Arms" and the one hit that comes back goes directly to the "big picture" and not the listing title page.
I'm hopeful and presume the powers that be are working on something.
Might as well kick this one to GD for further discussion.
Yep. The GD crowd has as little patience as the other forums. It's like watching kids who want ice cream. Good grief.
