Lost my second brother in law this year Jerry on Friday that makes 3 in two years and the scary part is that they were all younger then me.

    I just got off the phone with my last best friend John. He only answered the phone because he saw it was me. He told me his wife was in currently in surgery having a cancerous lump removed from her throat. Please include her in your prayers for the best possible outcome.

    Going to take the Exploder in tomorrow and not to the Ford dealer. Going to a small shop a few blocks away and have them check out the complete suspension system. Took it in to the Ford dealer and had them check it out just before my retirement. They said it needed 6k of work. Well some of that maybe half was because it wouldn't shift into 4 wheel high and the ABS light flashes on and off. Had the ABS light fixed twice before so I can live with those 2 problems and the $850 door lock thingy.

    I'm worried more about the suspension, front ball joints and what they described as broken rear springs and struts. Now that I'm retired I'd like to do some cruising further then 10 miles from my house. Took a bit of a road trip today and put 100 miles on it with no issues. So if it indeed has some of those problems I'd like to keep the repair bill to under $1500, wish me luck.

    Prayers asked for my dad,he'94 ww2 vet.He's in hospital with fluid behind his lung which they are trying to remove with meds.If not they will have to use a needle or if that don't work a tube will have put between his ribs.
