My dog, trying to play me.

My dog, Buddy, a pure bred male Basset hound, rescue. Is all about the food.

I almost never go outside, without a treat of some kind, in hand for him. His favorites are rawhide twists, or pigs ears.

I went outside about 5 minutes after giving him a rawhide chew, (takes 15-20 minutes minimum, to consume.) He's got a dirty nose, (buried it.) Looking at me, like "what else you got for me, Dad??"

Um, no...........[:0] Tries that crap on me, all the time. [:D]

That's funny ! my Jack Russell Casper buries stuff all the time even non eatable things, one day I went out side and told him lets play ball and he took off to a corner of the yard to dig out his tennis ball, I find that behavior very funny.
We have to fight so we can run away.

The dog has established intellectual and behavioral dominance already...

Just be happy with your place in the pack even if it's a subservient role...

Sorry, Oakie. He is worthless, when it comes to productive work.

My dog tries to treat farm. I give him a treat when I let him in after he goes potty. Now he thinks he can go out every half hour stand on the porch for a couple minutes and come in and get a treat. Spoiled mutt.

I think Mike is right. Your dog has considered things carefully, and decided you aren't especially bright. [;)][:D]

Buddy sounds like a hoot. I love Bassetts. [^]
