Never thought I'd see my 71st birthday. Same birthday as Andrew Jackson who would have been 248yo today.

You are still 14 years away from entering the beginnings of old age. Old age starts at 85 and goes on for 14 years. After 99 you are a "old coot". [:D]

Andrew Jackson was born March 15, 1767 about 6 miles from my home.
The actual location is disputed by North and South Carolina.
South Carolina has a state park located on the site believed to be the homeplace.
North Carolina has a simple marker down a dirt/gravel road at the site believed to be the homeplace.
Regardless, North and South Carolina always plays a High School Football game
between the best players in each state for bragging rights.
My brother played in his senior year and North Carolina lost.
And it seems you've got eight more to go to have made more mile markers than Jackson.
I wish that you do. Have a great day!
Happy LXXIst Birthday !!!

That's right,, however,, NOT a whole lot of excitement on March 15th throughout History,, as noted by Wikipedia. Might have a look.

All in all, still a better date than August 4, 1961.
Too old to live...too young to die...
I wish you many more.
I always enjoy your posts.
Happy 71st!
