    and the head cop(white) said they are young(18) and made a mistake. holy crap taking a handicapped person and doing sick things to him for a day and putting it on FB live for the world to see, is more than a mistake and should be charged as a hate crime and locked up for years. i wonder if L.L obomas,s AG will call it a hate crime. yea,when pigs fly. mr myopic.

    Don't expect too much in DEMOCRAT controlled cities like Chicago.

    Despite having strict gun laws, light sentences are a norm for firearms violations and gang related crimes. Management contempt for law enforcement in general is also prominent where you find large concentrations of DEMOCRATs as well.

    Although I am not a fan of Bill O'Reilly, he addressed the very same issue of CHI on his talking points recently.

You mean war on all blacks, because it is ALL blacks fault, that these four individuals are aholes. Now I get it. No, but they should be charged with Kidnapping, torture, assault with a deadly weapon, hate crimes against the handicapped, abduction, and aggravated assault.     At first, but now,, yes they are charged with hate crimes, among other things.
