Today is International Disadvantaged People's Day.

Please send an encouraging message to a retarded friend, just as I've done. I don't care if you lick windows, interfere with farm animals, vote liberal or occasionally poop yourself.......

You hang in there sunshine, you're freaking special...

G-Damn, ain't that funny))))

I don't get why some folks get so upset about someone wishing them "happy holidays" (as opposed to "Merry Christmas"). There are at least three holidays which folks have celebrated for centuries New Years, Chanukah, and Christmas, all which fall within a month of each other. And what's more, if you consider the fact that "Christmas music" is begun playing in September in all the stores, I'd say we could possibly include Thanksgiving and Halloween into the mix. And I won't even get into the whole misunderstanding of the origins of said holidays (save maybe new years... although...)

Thus, it would only seem prudent on the part of the "wisher" to say "happy holidays" to someone he/she doesn't know and doesn't know which particular holiday they may be celebrating/remembering.
