This story comes out of Europe. Some kid with mental problems. Killed a number of innocent people, at a shopping center in Munich Germany. Turns out he bought the Glock G 17. On whats called the secret internet, known as the dark web. Because of the German gun laws, and his young age. He couldn't obtain one legality. He payed over $5,000, for the Glock and ammo. Bad enough stuff on the regular net, now we have to worry about this other dark net.
"A 32-year-old man on Monday confessed to selling the gun and bullets used by a teenager to kill nine people in a shooting spree at a Munich mall last year. The suspect, Philip K., told the court at the start of his trial in the southern German city that he "would have never sold him the weapon" if he had known that the gunman was planning "such a horrible act".In a statement read out by his lawyer, he also expressed his "sincere condolences" to the families of the victims. The 18-year-old attacker, David Ali Sonboly, killed himself after his murderous rampage at Munich's Olympia shopping center in July 2016, using the gun he had bought through the darknet, a hidden part of the internet.Prosecutors argue that the killing spree would not have been possible had Philip K. not provided the Glock 17 and hundreds of rounds of ammunition, at a price of around 4,500 euros ($5,300).He was arrested in August 2016 and charged with negligent homicide, illegal arms trafficking and other weapons violations.
As his trial began on Monday, the suspect admitted to the weapons charges and said he used the darknet to make contact with buyers before meeting them in person to make the transaction. He had been dealing arms through the darknet since 2014 under the username "rico", the Munich court heard. One of his customers was a 17-year-old student. The judges also heard that investigators found a video of Philip K. giving the straight-armed Hitler salute on his mobile phone, along with pictures of the truck attack in the French city of Nice that killed 86 people a week before the shooting happened.Investigators searching his home also found Nazi symbols on his computer hard drives.Police believe Sonboly, who suffered from psychological problems and was bullied at school, had planned his attack for over a year. They have also said that the gunman was obsessed with far-right extremist Anders Behring Breivik, whose massacre of 77 people in Norway came exactly five years before his own shooting rampage.Philip K.'s trial is set to run until September 19. If convicted, he faces several years in jail."

You have to turn the room lights off to find it.
If you really want to get on the dark web just google it. It's pretty easy actually. A bit of learning curve on how to navigate it, but you can find "anything" on the dark web and have to have bit coins to do any transactions. Google "torrent browser".
So is anyone selling "get out of prison" passes?
There would be a huge market for them.
[:o)]
I'm pretty sure you could hire people to break you out of prison on the dark web [:D]
there are no secrets on the internet, no place anyone cant go for the right amount of cash, no place authorities can't go

I am scared that you mentioned it.. well darn there goes the clean shorts...ohh myyyyyyy
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
dark web is a bs marketing ploy for internet security companies that make the internet an evil place by implying there is a secret place on the internet no one can see

Oh, it is out there I can guarantee. OK, you have to know where to look for it and how to get in, but it is very real and like sharpshooter said... If you can buy kids then guns and drugs are nothing. Credit card #s, password its all for sale. And you guessed it bitcoin is the prefered currency.
Anybody try reading what the definition of bitcoin is? I read what Wikipedia has and I still don't understand what I read?
Unless you want to learn all about cryptocurrencies and blockchains then the best way to think about is a non-physical computer money that is extremely difficult to track or forge.
