For naming kids with something you cannot pronounce or spell. Makes the parents feel great but the kids have to live with it.

What are your grand kids names?

You have no idea what names they come up with Sheniquia. Try filling out a inner city EMS report without LOL. It ain't easy.
Seen more than a few get testy when asked how to spell their name.

    They couldn't either LOL

Lemongello or Orangelo are good desserts IMHO
Although always described as a cowboy, Roswellnative generally acts as a righter of wrongs or bodyguard of some sort, where he excels thanks to his resourcefulness and incredible gun prowesses.

Local teacher says this is true. She had all new students write their names so she could place name with face One name was "poophead". She knew that was wrong so she asked student how to say name. It was shi-thead. Tom

When our first was born, we had went through a Lamaze class and had a reunion a month or so later.
One of the babies had been named after the sheet set she had been conceived upon.

Grand kids, Andrew, Cassandra, Erika, Alyssa,Chelsey, Tyler, Lucas, great-grandkids, Eli, Jason, and not yet born, Noah. No problem spelling or pronouncing. Named my children Brian, Wayne, and Betty, so they would be hard to nick-name. Don't understand why parents feel the need to be "cute" or "unique" when naming children. The children are stuck with those names for the rest of their lives.

    La-Aye Pronounced LaDashAye

Because as her mother put it: "The Dash don't be silent".

There's a show on one of the History or NG Channels about a family living "off the grid" in Alaska. One of their kids is named Bear and another one is named Snow Bird. It appears to me the "hippy generation" has outlived the "hippy generation". [:D]

When my son and his wife were going through names and asked me and the Mrs. for idea's, we both thought of Hank for a boy and Angela for a girl.

Turned out, they had identical twin boys and were named

    Hank & Elvis.

Very hard names to live up to.

Pretty easy to pick out birthday presents for them....
    On their 10th B\D a pair of acoustic guitars.[8D]
