Hope you all get a good laugh at this.

0545,getting ready for work this morning, I check my shoes, socks, shirt for scorpions. Pulled my pants off the hanger, slip my right leg in and "MAN", I think someone stuck me with a knife. I pulled my pants off in about 1/10th of a second, and what comes out, got to be the biggest, baddest scorpion I ever seen ( actually only about 2 inchs long ). Took me right off my feet. I pound the little critter a couple of times, HE IS DEAD. NOT.

Pain is so bad, I called 911. Fire and Paramedics arrived in about 7 minutes from placing call. These guys were "Jonny On The Spot". I was a little paranoid, allergic to Bees and Wasps ( broke my EPI pen last week ). Having a little trouble breathing pain was so bad.

The paramedic ask where is the scorpion, I said over by my pants. He says its not there, the darned thing crawled back into my pants. Was then finally dispatched.

These guys stayed for about 30 minutes, made sure I was OK. Suggested I move out of this apt. Told them I have killed about 30 in the 8 weeks I have lived here.

Pain is still real bad after 14 hours. My leg is still swollen and knee is real tender. The paramedics said it will hurt for 24 to 36 hours. Been taking HYDROCODONE 650 all day. They help some.

These scorpions in Az really pack a punch, I rank the pain in the Kidney Stone pain catagory.

I know, I sound like a wimp.
