5 hr brisket.....I hour ribs.....20 minutes beef Consomme..Special potato salad...peaches and cr?me corn...(grown in Baldwin Co....)...grilled okra stalks....squash casserole..used "Dreamland Sauce" on the ribs......all cooked on my Wilmington Grill, and Big Green Egg.
