Woke up with a 102 fever

whatever we all have, is highly contagious. All five of us are sick. Started with Donna on Thursday and has spread like fire though the house. Woke up in a ball of sweat. Sheets are soaking wet from the fever. Looks like I will be spending the day in the house.[:(!] I had a ton of things to do today too. I spent the last two days sleeping downstairs and staying away from Donna, but somehow got it. MOM, Dad, Chris, Donna and myself, all have a fever and chest cough. WTH is this bug???? We are all sharing her medicine until we get to the doctors tomorrow. Oakie

I'd hit an urgent care today...for Tamiflu....call them from the parking lot, tell them you are outside and think you have the flu. I had the flu last year and Tamiflu helped reduce the symptom length. It was awful!!!

In the past few weeks Oakie has had a crushed hand, a heart attack and now this killer flu. Did you ever think that maybe there's something you're doing or not doing that's pissed your guardian angle off? [:D]

    Get well soon. [:)]

Sorry to hear about that Oakie. My wife had the flu and ran a low grade fever with body aches and pains, headache, plus cough, for about a week...the cough continues, but less frequent. Ditto on all points for the son. Both had flu shots. I can count my blessings to this point in time as I have been fortunate enough not to get it. Good luck to you and your family on getting well soon.
    What's next?

Yeah, it would get a lesser Man down.

Thanks for the laugh about coming home with only one boot and sock, on this AM's post. It had me laughing out loud, picturing your Wife laughing at you, and you trying to maintain some shred of dignity coming in to the house. [:D]
