I know two out of the three items listed. With enough Pabst Blue Ribbon I think I would eat mostaccioli (whatever that is).

Joe, are those pig feet pickled?

If they are, I'd trade ya some pickled cows tongue for some.[:p][:D]

    I had nine killer Tacos.

Had about a pound of browned ground beef, sauteed with diced onion. Pulled it out of the fridge. Nuked it. Loaded the meat in to hard shell stand up shells. Baking tray about 200* for about 30 minutes.

Diced garden tomatoes, diced onion, diced lettuce, hot Salsa, Tabasco sauce, Sour Cream, shredded sharp cheddar cheese. They were very, very good.

I quite while I was ahead, and will have the last one as a snack here shortly. [:D]

No sir. The pickled ones you eat at a bar,and pay way too much for them.

These are cooked/simmered all day in sauce.

We have a 4 meal beef roast in the crock pot.
just put the carrots in the taters go in soon.
browned the roast, then the onion, garlic celery and tyme.
deglazed the pan with red wine and beef broth.
the aroma is driving me and the critters crazy.

Why not a grilled cheese sandwich Mike? I feel for you Brother. I think about you a lot. I hope things improve for you Brother.

Grilled cheese, tomato soup? Try Chicken noodle soup, as an alternative. (Just spit balling Mike.) You know what you can handle.
I wish you nothing but the best, my Brother/Friend.
