Lot of numbers reference to amount of rain and water. Got the following off Google thought very interesting

Volume and weight. One inch of rain falling on 1 acre of ground is equal to about 27,154 gallons and weighs about 113 tons.

27154 gallons = 1"/acre... my water right annual limit was 18"/acre = 488772 gals/acre/year or 2038.18 tons/acre/year, or 54.3 semi tanker truck/acre/year.. a circle commonly covers 130 acres so max use is 63,540,360 gals/year/full circle...i ran 6 circles covering 712 acres so my max limit was about 347,979,660 gallons a year ,...there abouts with my rounding pocket brain...to cover 712 acres 1.50ft deep..over the years use i averaged 70-80% of max allowed , rainfall being a freebie
