Whats the differnce in a Marlin 336c and 30as

I can't see the differnce in a Marlin 336c and 30as. Is their a value differnce?

    the 30AS is very similar to the 336 c the big difference is in the stock, the 30as has a hardwood stock ( read birch) that is finished to look like walnut instead of a genuine America walnut that the 336 uses and only comes in 30-30, value is just a tad less maybe $25 or so

    The sites are a bit better on the 336, but I changed mine on my 30as and all is well.
