Yes, but. . .
The split receiver design means you'll have to either put a long eye relief ("scout") type sight on top of the rear sight, or use some sort of side mount or cantilevered mount to put it in the "normal" rear position.
If you want a "normal" type of mount, you'll also have to have the bolt handle bent downward to clear the scope.
