I am searching for information on Ron Hoehn rim fire Tuners;
I need to know who sells them, and how they compare with other Tuners.

Why not just go to this website and contact him for info?
He doesn't seem to list a "tuner" but maybe an email, or a phone call to him will get you some insight.

This might be a little more difficult to sort out that just making a run through Ron's website.
Here is the supplier of the Harrell Precision tuner:
Dan Killough
www.killoughshootingsports.com
106 N. 7th Street
Ballinger, TX 76821
325-212-0807
These are listed on Dan's website @ $150.00/each for silver or black.
If you call Dan, he will explain the ramification of the decisions regarding who makes what to sell.
Best.
Dan is Starting on one for Me today.
They are adjusted by weights and cost $20.00 ea. extra. ( I ordered 3 ea.)Plus they must be bored out for your Barrel size and $15.00 for a.920 Barrel,
so after the hiden cost of $75.00 they now cost you $225.00 and shipping.pluss the ammo to find the sweet spot.
