Another stupid question for you guys.
Can you legally own a M1 Carbine in Colorado, Delaware, New Hampshire and Rhode Island?
Not sure of the laws or restrictions in those North Eastern states. and the new laws in Colorado.
Anyone know the laws there?
I ask because I will be listing an M1 Carbine.
Thanks for your input.
Mike

It is legal to ship to a FFL in any state.
If a "newer" carbine, like a Universal, it needs to go to an FFL dealer only. However, it can not have a bayonet lug, folding stock or flash hider; Illegal in NY (not applicable to C&R items).
Had them pull Colorado and New Hampshire from the restrictions list.
It will come with 2 15rd. GI issue magazine and an old GI issue magazine pouch.
Federal law states that you can ship a firearm to any dealer in any state. You really don't need to worry about listing which of the 58 states you can't ship to prior to sale. Just include a boiler plate, "I will only ship firearms & mags to city/county/state where legal." That also covers you for shipping to a C&R.
If you are still concerned after the winning bid is received, you can then look it up in ATF P5300.5, or come back to us.

You're making this more difficult than it needs to be.
