Cross Breed Holsters

I have a friend who is thinking about getting a holster from Cross Breed Holsters, specifically, the Super Tuck IWB.

Anyone here have any experience with them?

Also, he is looking for any recommendations for a holster for concealed carry. He wants something that can be concealed while having a shirt tucked in and without wearing a jacket or other loose clothing. Right now he has a 4" Springfield XD that he will carry until his budget may allow for something a little smaller.
