my husband just inherited a gun and we are having trouble finding info about it, can you help? We would like to know age and how much it may be worth. Revelation western auto supply co. model 200-M marlin firearms co north haven conn. cal 30-30 m also has a number on the other side 71 465471.[8D]

    basically the same as a marlin 336 in 30-30 , sold under the Revelation name for trade store names , good guns , i have one just like it , value is usually a little less than a marlin in like condition , $200 give or take depending on how good or bad the finish is

    If its a Revelation it is probably a Mossberg. Looks nearly identical to the Marlin on the outside, but inside is different. If it is a Mossberg then about $150. as they have jamming and feeding problems.
