Silver Pigeon value

I have a Type I 20 gauge Baretta Silver Pigeon with a 26" barrel that I plan on listing but I'm not too sure of the value. It's basically in mint condition and has been fired about 75 times. It's about 7 years old and has spent most of its life in a closet. Any informed feedback is appreciated.
