Ithaca mod 37R "English Stock"

When was the English stock feature available on this model. I have located one for mine as the original was cut for a pad years ago. The NOS English one fits perfect and looks great with cut checkering and a thin solid red rubber Ithaca pad as well. My 37 is a 1960 vintage,

    It looks like the English stock you found came from the Model 37 English UltraLight that was made between 1982 and 1987.

    You are probably right. I didn't know thhe english ultralight was made in a 12 guage. I called Ithaca and their stock sets start at $285 with a butt stock only for $180. Found mine om GB for $80 so all worked out. Now I will take the time to repair my original wood thanks for the info.
