Suppressor thread adapter for TikkaTactical .308

The Tikka T3 Tactical .308 rifle has a factory threaded muzzle for a muzzle brake or suppressor. From what I gather, it is threaded 18x1mm or something like that. Is there a thread adapter out there to mate this with a 5/8"x24 threaded AAC Cyclone suppressor?

Tikka T3 comes with a bigger thread than 1/2"UNF (1/2"x20)

I do believe it's M18x1 thread, yes - it's 18mm diameter and 1mm pitch for each recolution (25,4 revolutions per inch).

If you live in the UK - look at BR REFLEX supressors from Jacksson Rifles in London.

They have the correct silencer in stock.

By the way... I do believe it's the same thread as SAKO uses as standard on their barrels for muzzlebrakes.
