Sears .22 who made it?

Does anyone have a reference book that would identify the manufacturer of a bolt action, tubular feed .22 S, L, LR? On the barrel is Sears, Roebuck and Co. SEARS Model 43-103 198N. The little bullet stop spring thingy just above the chamber is broken and the front sight is missing. This is a pre-serial number gun. Thanks a lot.
