1917 Eddystone Questions for the experts

I am looking for some info on a 1917 Eddystone rifle. I have done a lot of research and I believe the build date is Jan 1918. I would like to verify it. The SN # is 42xxx. Does that match up? Also I have marks showing it was rebuilt at the Raritan Armory but I cannot match the inspector initials. Near the RA-P code on the Left side of the stock it has a box with the initials LA FK on it. One more thing, I found a symbol I am questioning. I have the flaming bomb a couple of places and I know that denotes Eddystone built rifles. The other symbol looks like a small circle inside a larger circle with wings. I would appreciate any help you can give me.

Rock Island Arsenal had a unknown inspector in the 1920's & 30's who inspected refurbished rifles, his initials were "LAA". Frank Krack was another of their inspectors, who inspected rifles and pistols there in the 40's.
Thanks for the info. Where can I find the Serial # chart?

Note on "flaming bomb" stamp. It is a US ordnance acceptance stamp, not restricted to any particular make and or model of firearm. Best, Joe
