it's a Mauser. A better picture of the mark on the reciever will help pin it down.

Spanish Mauser short rifle. Originally in 7mm, some were rebored to .308, though full power .308 is not recommended. Either a 93 or 1916, I'd have to see the bolt face.

Yours has the crest. That's a nice plus. It also appears to be in fairly nice shape overall.

I'd wager $150 to $200 at auction.

No, a spanish destroyer is a fairly small carbine chambered in 9mm Largo. This is the regular short rifle.
