Baretta 92F Barrel

I have looked in Brownells but could not find a replacement barrel. Can anyone make any suggestions on one. Someone was looking at it awhile back who shoots alot of Glocks and commented that ( I suppose ) the slide felt sloppy? What can i do to correct it. Most of my experiances are with my bolt action 700's and revolvers. I have had accuracy problems with the 92, It will not hold a group even off a bench. I bought this one used, 200.00 but I had heard the guns owner, I bought from there father, The son had some high capacity magazines and shot a lot. I am thinking it might need to be overhauled. Also the blueing is really warn in some places, partly because this is one I carry, I have seen paints and bake on's, and blueing compounds thru brownells could you suggest the best route for ease of application and longevity.
Thanks

As for the cosmetic issue you have. I would suggest you look into Aluma Hyde II from Brownells.
However by the time you do all this you will have 400 dollars in a gun that is about 500 new. If you slide to frame fit is sloppy, you might be better to look for a newer used 92FS.
