Yes- assuming the Winchester is NOT the rare Winchester revolver. The recent CA hoo-hah only affects 01 dealers shipping to 01 dealers.

I'm a California C&R holder and I've had three rifles shipped to me with no issues. Just communicate (always a good idea) with the shipping party.

As long as the C & R long guns are for the recipient's personal use/collection.

He can't be receiving it for another individual, or for resale. As this would be considered at the very least, as a "straw purchase".

I would get a signed B O S from this guy saying that the firearm(s) in question are for his own use/collection, and he hasn't purchased them for resale/transfer. This is the least you could do when dealing with individuals living in the p r c, to cover your A**.

As long as it's over 50 years old. Yes, I know that there are Winchester rifles that are less than 50 years old.

California law allows direct transfer between individuals of C&R rifles and shotguns that are over 50 years old. All other C&R firearms transfers in California must go through a dealer.
