pocket pistol help please

i need a small pocket pistol at least 9mm or 38 semi auto or revolver that will hide in my pocket. do not want a keltec or 380 or 22 any sugestions, as to a reliable firearm? thanks. i know 22 and 380 will do damage but i want something more powerful.conceled carry self defence. again thanks

Little more bang for the buck, no pun intended' with the 9 mm. Glock 26 or maybe Keltec P-11. Many more out there.

Actually any of the J frame S&W would fit the bill. It up to you determine the configurations of grip, alloy vs steel, hammer, etc. I have a 637 I am happy with.

A Kahr PM-9 or 40 will do the trick.

2" snubbie will work as long as you aren't wearing tight jeans. You may want to get a pocket holster for it as pockets have a nasty way of getting lint in the action, pockets can get holes in them from the wear, and lastly never carry anything but the gun in that pocket--keys & coins can tie up a gun and scratch the finish. If you carry a mini-glock in a pocket I DEFINATELY would carry it in a pocket holster.

I frequently carry in my front pocket a S&W 340 Airlite Sc in loaded in .38 Spl +p+ at 12 oz empty.

Carries quite nicely.

Taurus 85UL in 17HMR; 8 shots , no brass to pick up, switch the rubber grips for smooth wood & bob the hammer for a no-BS backup that will actually stop someone in their tracks or open up some nasty holes in their lower extremities if you still want to talk. 18 oz. loaded, about $250 in most stores; priceless if you need it NOW.

I recommend Kahr Arms, prefer the all metal frames as opposed to the polymers for personal preferences.

Baby glocks are nice bangs for the buck, and if you want a .38spl you can't beat an old S&W model 60 5-shot.

Another vote for the Smith j frame. I have a 638 that is light and accurate and a very very smooth trigger( factory).
