Remington 721 Trigger replacement

The trigger broke off my 721 yesterday. Will a Remington 700 trigger work on the 721? I have read some things that say it is possible. Just wondering. Any help is appreciated right now.

You might want to go to Brownell's web site and order an aftermarket trigger. Many gun makers will not sell triggers or parts for fire control system Legal issue if you don't install correctly and have A.D.

    rudiored,

There are hundreds of Remington triggers for sale every day on the internet. People change Remington triggers like they change their underwear...

The suggestion to look at Brownells and the aftermarket triggers is good for better than the average trigger.

    Best.

It was just the trigger. Snapped at the bend.

Brownells requires an FFL on file for purchase of a Rem 700 trigger. I bought one a few months ago and had to send in mine.

Just FYI - make certain you also order the bolt removal lever on the left side of the trigger housing unit. The 700 trigger (at least new from Brownells) does not come with it. I'd presume if bought as a take off the lever would be present.
