tikka m 695 will not fire?

i have a tikka m695 bolt action 30-06 it will fire once then thats it? it seems the firing pin is not resetting. if i pull the bolt out it will reset and dry fire fine but once i fire a live round it does it once again? the rifle has not been used much at all since new. ive tried spraying lubricants/anti rust into the bolt wherever i could but it isnt working. any ideas? thanks guys!

    sounds like the Trigger group may be sticking and not resetting Is it possible someone sprayed WD 40 on the trigger group[:(!][V][xx(][:(]? I suggest you remove bolt then remove action from the stock then use either Brake Clean or Carburetor cleaner spray cans that you buy at auto parts store and spray the trigger group.
