Yes, he goes by ldgunner on the auctionside. Very close friend of mine, and has just about anytype of vietnam AR-15/M-16 going. Either in civilian semi auto or in the selective fire models as well.

Thanks guys I talked to a guy that only deals in ar's and he has one and said that sp1 did not have a label on them. just a little white tag.

There are NO hard and fast rules on labeling and marking.
