I just bought a 3" Blue S&W model 10 "Herb Harris" spl. 38 What or who is or was Herb Harris?

I think H.H. Harris Gun Shop on State St. there in Chicago was owned by a fellow named Herbie Harris and was a pretty large dealer for S&W, might be the same Herb Harris.
