I need a little help. I have sold this item 119612613 to someone in ca. will there be any problems with them buying item or with me shipping this item into ca. I'm asking this because I'm not sure on ca. law on what is consider a assualt weapon. Any input would be helpful.

That's a slide action only, correct? If so, no problem. In general our AW laws deal with centerfire semi auto rifles and handguns with just a few semi auto shotguns thrown in. Here's a link for the specifics if you want to review: http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/dwcl/12275.php

If you are a Type 01 FFL mailing a firearm to his CA Type 01 FFL you are required to use the new CA CFLC system, very easy & you can find it off the previous link. If you're not an FFL you can mail direct to his FFL without using the CFLC system so long as his FFL will accept delivery from a non - FFL.
