I got a Beeman RS2 pelletgun with a 177 and a 22 cal barrel. If I zero the scope in with the 177 will it lose zero with the 22 cal?

Yes you will it may not be much but you can not both barrels to shoot in the same spot . It may be a large amount.

Since pellets are relatively cheap, here is what I would do. Find which ones each caliber likes the best, and adjust your scope for one, then change barrels. Make a note of how much adjustment you need in the scope. Then see how repeatable this is. I have a RWS imported Mendoza 2003, that has both barrels...it might surprise you.

I have a beeman in .177, and I have to
rezero the scope after each shot.
Well it's not realy quite that bad
but with the scope mounted on the reciever
and the folding barrel it is hard to
keep tight groups. I have found that
if after each shot, I clean the locking
mechanism, and the bar that it catches
with a Q-tip it will group better
I found that it did not need to be
lubricated with grease, only light oil.

Make sure you have a good scope that is specifically designed for use on a spring powered air rifle. Some otherwise good scopes won't handle the reverse recoil of the large pellet rifles. (Or so I've been told.)
