Found it with a quick google. Also found reference to reloading the 9x23 winchester to lower pressures since hte case dimensions are the same

I recently got 500 rounds of 9mm largo from Military Shooters.Com for $84.00 plus shipping. It's 1977 Santa Barbara that says non-corrosive on the box. It's clean and no misfires in about 100 rounds fired. http://www.dealerease.net/catalog/product.asp?pid=1005529&ret_id=140211

Starline makes the properly headstamped brass, available from midway and others; 9mm luger dies work fine to load it, I use 9mm luger data, just stay away from max loads as most of the spanish pistols were made of softish steel.

CCI quit producing Blazers in 9mm Largo a couple of years ago.

.38 super worked fine in my Star Modelo Super with only slight modifications. It is also a lighter powder load than factory Spanish military ammunition, so no worries about stressing the gun.
