HELP! Can I ship this to a C&R ?

I sold this gun and the buyer wants to know if it can be shipped to a C&R holder.....or does it have to be a FFL holder? I do not know the age of the gun.

Yes. The Model 42M was made from 1940-1944. The 42MA, B & C models were made until 1950 so you're still ok to ship it to a C&R licensee.
