I am looking to buy some 30 round clips for my Colt 6920LE. Are there any manufacturers whose products I should avoid? Should I buy alluminum? Teflon coated? Are the Magpul followers better than military issue? Thanks

Avoid promag and usa. Get the ones from c-products or magpul. and yes the magpul followers are much better than GI.

Brownells and c-products 30rnd mags are really good, so are NHMTG 30 rnd mags. CMMG braided mag springs are a good upgrade also.

Any USGI (not USGI "style") mag is good.

I and many others are HUGE fans of the Magpul Pmags.

Welcome to the forums here on Gun Broker.com.

If you go to the auction side you will find all the magazines for AR-15's you can imagine. I got some genuine pre-bans as I live in New York where we have to have them. The ones I got were LaBella's, and they are very good. I have not had one hick up with them at all.
