Colt Double Eagle Questions

I own a Colt Double Eagle First Edition in 10mm. I would like to know if anyone makes aftermarket grips for this gun. I have seen wood and micarta grips on Double Eagles, but am unable to find a manufacturer. I'd also like to know if the Delta Elite top end parts are interchangeable with the Double Eagle? I'd like to get an aftermarket barrel for it. Thank you.

The Delta Elite and Double Eagle are different animals, so no parts are interchangeable. The Double Eagle was unpopular compared to other 10mm guns like the Glock and S&W guns so very few parts were made from them in the aftermarket sector, and outside a custom pair, I do not know of anyone making anything for them. Since the grips were more functional on the gun, the grips are not easy to swap.

Colt never did make a great double action pistol.

I think THINK it will take a standard barrel.
