Oakshore electronic micro dot sight for 22

A friend has a 22 with an oakshore electronic micro dot sight 1.5x 4 5 x20 and it needs repaired. It needs replacement screws for the monunt and a replacement battery holder.

Can anyone tell me someone or somewhere this might be accomplished???
